Wooohoooo my peeps! I got a present (doing my happy dance)! I think my oldest daughter was tired of having blurry, dark & not so clear pictures of herself everyone here on our blog, so she hooked her mama bear up with an early mother’s day gift … a brand spankin’ new kodak easy share camera! Can you say “I am so excited”? Well, this chick is stoked. The only digital camera I have ever owned is one Thad got me years ago, and at the time it was a very nice camera, but I think it weighs 10 lbs and is all of 2 mega pixels. Just a tad out dated. I am giving you fair warning … I am now armed with my own camera which makes you subject to my new picture takin’ addiction. You can smile & be a willing participant or not … don’t make no never mind to me either way, I’m still taking your picture! I have not been anywhere to take lots of pictures yet, however, I did hold some peeps hostage this morning down at the church house and forced them to become my first victims photo’d peeps. I spent part of my afternoon, after my very long, very nice & well deserved nap, playing around with color adjustments and such on my computer. Please note, this is my first attempt at ever editing a picture and I am certainly no pro … but they didn’t turn out so awful bad. If you have any handy dandy or informative picture editing techniques, please feel free to share them with me. One day, I am going to take a photography class, hopefully while I am still young enough to see the pictures I take. By the way, you can easily save any of these to your computer (or any other pictures on the blog) by right clicking on the picture & clicking save as picture. That should put the picture right on your very own personal computer for your viewing pleasure. Hope you enjoy my very first pics from my very new camera!
