* an odd request …

Posted on March 24th, 2009 by melinda in Another day in the life of me.

Goodmorning. I’m going to do something a little odd this morning. It’s odd for several reasons … a. I am not a big band wagon jumper oner, b. I realize y’all are busy people c. I don’t typically talk about other blogs that I enjoy reading while doing post d. there are some crazy attention seeking folks on the internet and I try to be very careful in discerning who is valid & who is a lunatic. But here goes. If you’ve noticed, there are links to other blogs on my sidebars, the mckmama blog is one I’ve read for a very long time. I won’t go into all the details, but in a nutshell, (Jennifer is her real name) mckmama’s son Stellan was not suppose to live when he was born but he did. However, right now, he’s very very sick & in the NICU. I believe in prayer, I believe in the power of prayer. If you get a free minute today, would you please say a prayer for their family, specifically that Stellan’s heart rate would return to a normal rhythm and he would stabalize through out the day. She hasn’t updated her blog or twitter since early last night, which is extremely unusual, and I’m not quite sure if that’s good news or bad news. But either way, prayer still can’t hurt. Thank you.

me.

ps: for anyone looking for Chrisi’s blog, she has opted to delete it for right now. Not sure why, other than it requires a lot of time and effort and her schedule is slam packed for the time being. I will be making a page here on my blog specifically for her to post on when she has a free second.

    I have followed this blog too. I checked last night several times for updates. I know without a doubt that prayers can make a difference. Hopefully, everyone will take a moment to pray today for him and their family.
