* chrisi’s summertime surprise pie
Here is the recipe everyone has been waiting for!
And pictures too. I call this recipe my own and I make variations of this pie, such as the 4th of July edition…but I really got the recipe from Brad. Hope you enjoy the recipe, it is super fast and easy. If you do make it yourself, let me know how you liked it.
All you need is:
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 8-ounce container of Cool Whip (I get the real stuff)
1 4-ounce package of cream cheese (I use Philadelphia)
Small package of strawberries
Graham Cracker Pie Crust

First, pour in the Cool Whip…

Then, add the cream cheese…

Next, add the powdered sugar…

Mix it all up…

Cut the strawberries into fourths and toss them on top. Stir them into the white mixture (be careful not to mash the berries up)…

Pour the filling into the homemade graham cracker pie crust…

Let the pie chill in the fridge while you make dinner because pie can not be an entire meal.

And enjoy!
chrisi.

Got me some strawberrys going to try this-YUMMO
let me know how it turns out
you can make it with other fruits too, but strawberries are my favorite.
Hey chrisi,
why do you have to tempt me with that. I am at school and I only had a banana for breakfast so now I am hungry.

mmmm… I’m gonna have to try to make this…of course it would be easier for you to let you make it. =]
I have made this several times since you told me about it. It is simple and very good. I have also made it using pineapple, walnuts and cherries. It is almost as wonderful as you
aww, thank you tony! i have used blueberries, but never thought of walnuts. i may have to try that soon!
