* daddy’s girl …

Posted on January 25th, 2010 by melinda in my not so normal family

Sadie hates me taking her picture.  Look, Richard is holding her hostage, forcing her to look at the camera.  He loves to tell her how her mama doesn’t love her … the conversation goes something like this:

Richard: poor little moocha girl … your mama doesn’t love you as much as she loves Dozer and Tulsa.  See, they are on the blog header for everyone to see and you aren’t on there anywhere.  Bless your heart.

(Let me analyze this for you.  #1.  hearing my husband say moocha is just wrong and funny all at the same time.  #2.  Sadie couldn’t give a flip less if I had all 101 dalmations on my blog header).

This is typically what happens when I try to take Sadie’s picture.

She ignores me.  I think Richard taught her this move.  Just turn your head Sadie, she will eventually go away or hush.  If you’re lucky, she’ll do both!

Ahh.  to be loved.

ps: could somebody who doesn’t hate shopping please send me some light bulbs.

    Melinda – you are hilarious! I love your posts. My old dog HIDES from the camera. He’ll die and I’ll have maybe two pictures of him. And he was with me to raise my babies, so I gotta have a picture! Moocha Sadie. Ha ha. Ok, lights bulbs with the cans of good. Bye

    Richard should feel special that his dog doesn’t love you like the others do. He needs someone to keep him company when he runs you off from taking their pics.
